Shipping & Returns


We aim to keep it as simple as possible. Your parcel will be shipped by DHL and will be processed as soon as possible- the next working day at the latest.

We currently ship to:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

The delivery times depend on your location and may vary abroad. Basically, it takes 1-3 working days within Germany and up to a week elsewhere. Exact details can be found in the delivery confirmation by email, with the delivery number you should be able to track the delivery.

Delivery costs are € 4.50, for orders over € 60 the delivery is free for you.

* Delivery to Switzerland: Please note that for deliveries outside the EU may incur customs fees and therefore may incur further costs.


As with most things, ordering online also affects the environment, so please put little thought into your order and consume consciously. That being said, we've all been there and we‘ll take it back. If you are not satisfied with a product, send the cancellation within 14 days as a return via our online return form.

The returned goods must be in a new, unused condition with the original packaging to protect them during transport. Please return the goods within 14 days to the following address:

As soon as the returned goods arrive with us, we refund the purchase amount without the cost of shipping within 14 days after receipt of your return to the payment medium specified by you with the purchase.

With a purchase cancellation, the return costs are on the part of the buyer. We advise you to insured shipping to track the return and in case of loss, the returned goods are insured by your shipping service.


In the case of a complaint or a wrong delivery, you do not have to take over the return costs yourself. Write to us with a photo of the defective goods, we will examine your case and send you a return label.
