Shipping & Returns
Your parcel will be shipped with DHL and processed as soon as possible, or the next working day. You will receive an email with you're shipping information and your DHL tracking number. If you're in Cologne we will deliver your parcel personally and contact free via bike - we'll check in with you to arrange times. You can also choose pick up which is free of charge.
We ship internationally take a look at the different rates below
Shipping within Germany:
- national shipping is 4,50€ shipping is free for orders above 60,00€.
Shipping within the EU:
- Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland: costs 8,00€ and is free for orders above 80€.
- Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovania, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Malta, Cypress: costs 11,50€ and is free for orders above 150€.
For Non EU Countries in Europe:
- shipping to the United Kingdom, Liechtenstein and Switzerland costs 16,00€ and is free from 150€
* Delivery to Switzerland, United Kingdom and Liechtenstein: Please note that for deliveries outside the EU may incur customs fees and therefore may incur further costs.
All further international shipping costs 60€
The delivery times depend on your location and may vary abroad. Basically, it takes 1-3 working days within Germany and up to a week elsewhere. Exact details can be found in the delivery confirmation by email, you can track the delivery with the DHL tracking ID which you will receive by mail.
Made a mistake?
If your purchase is not what you expected or you're not satisfied with a product, send the cancellation within 14 days. Please let us know via email: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you've made a decision and return within 14 days.
The returned goods must be in a new, unused condition with the original packaging to protect them during transport. Please return the goods within 14 days to the following address:
As soon as the returned goods arrive with us, we refund the purchase amount without the cost of shipping within 14 days after receipt of your return to the payment medium specified by you with the purchase.
The return costs are on the part of the buyer. We advise using insured shipping to track the return and in case of loss, the returned goods are insured by your shipping service.
In the case of a complaint, a faulty or a wrong delivery, you do not have to cover the return costs yourself. Write to us here: email@example.com with a photo of the defective goods, we will examine your case and send you a return label.
We do our best to ensure that our boxes are not only a joy to receive but also as environmentally friendly as possible. For this reason we recycle a lot of the packaging and the outer box that your item will be shipped in. This results in a slightly unattraktive look on the outside, but your items are wrapped with and silk paper and of course love on the inside.
We try to avoid plastic but if we receive some from our suppliers, we will recycle this again in your packages.
We use paper sellotape which is also more environmentally friendly than it's plastic cousin.
